Blank Page Syndrome

You turn over the page
and see that it is blank.
this blankness leaks from the page
and seeps into your mind
filling your mind, your every waking thought
what should I write?
The page is just so blank
almost threatening, as it stares back
you try and think of what to say
but all you can see is blank
worry sets in, then frustration
what should I write?
How can I put words to paper
when it's blank and staring back at me
